The Company was the sole authorised Service Dealer of Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited (KOEL) for the entire Malabar region covering the districts of Calicut, Malappuram, Wayanad, Kannur and Kasaragod from 2011 to 2018. Following a rationalization of territories among Service Dealers effected by KOEL in 2018 to reduce the geographical area handled by each Service Dealer, the Company’s operations were confined to the districts of Kannur and Kasaragod where it had the exclusive responsibility to repair and maintain the over 4000 Kirloskar engine powered gensets and industrial machines in its territory as well as to provide genuine Kirloskar spares and consumables to those customers. From October 2024, the Company has been functioning as an independent specialist contractor and consultant for repair and servicing of all types of diesel engines/ gensets/ Industrial Machines as well as stockist of genuine spares.

On the service front, the Company has a highly competent field staff of Kirloskar- trained Service Engineers on its rolls who have been maintaining engines of gensets up to 1010 KVA as well as industrial machines used for infrastructural construction work. Back-end support is provided by experienced personnel who are fully attuned to responding to customers’ needs.
