On the service front, the Company has a highly competent field staff of trained Service Engineers on its rolls who have been maintaining engines of various makes of gensets up to 1010 KVA as well as industrial machines used for infrastructural construction work. Back-end support is provided by experienced personnel who are fully attuned to responding to customers’ needs and coordinate field services accordingly.

Special Services –
Retrofitting of Emission Control Devices on diesel engines

With the increasing emphasis by Government for older engines of 125 KVA and above to comply with Pollution Control Board norms through retrofitting of emission control devices , it is matter of pride that in March 2024, Welcare Engineering was the first Kirloskar Service Dealer in Kerala to have successfully carried out retrofitting work on a Kirloskar engine and that too  a 500 KVA CPCB-I machine. With this Welcare has established its technical credentials to carry out retrofitting work on any type of diesel engine, which is a niche activity with tremendous potential in the future.
