Welcare Engineering and Services Private Limited is a  Company incorporated under the Companies Act in January 2011. It has its headquarters at Kannur and Branch Office at Kasaragod in the State of Kerala. The Company is a Consultant and Contractor for the repair and maintenance of all types of diesel engines, gensets and industrial machines specializing in the products powered by Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited (KOEL).

The Company is helmed by its Managing Director, Mr Unnikrishnan Alora, who has over 46 years of experience in the field of diesel engines of which 33 years were spent in the engine manufacturing facilities of Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited. The Managing Director is supported by experienced Managers drawn from the public as well as private sector who have extensive technical and managerial expertise.
